Anglo-Saxon Shields April 2022

We have been looking at Recycled Materials in Art, and we combined that with our History Topic of The Anglo-Saxons. We used recycled materials to make a class banner, based on one of the Anglo-Saxon animals - The Horse, The Boar, The Bird and The Dragon.

We also created individual shields, in a similar style to those used in battle by Anglo-Saxon warriors.
