World Book Day 2022
On Thursday 3rd March we celebrated World Book Day. We were lucky to get a visit from a 'Dinosaur' who read a story to the children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
We had a Reading Challenge to try and get sponsorships based on how much we were reading each night. This was very positive and lots of the children joined in and we manage to raise some money in order for us to buy some new books for our school.
The children throughout school enjoyed activities around a book.
In Key Stage One we focussed on a book called 'What If...'

In Year 5/6, we explored some of the books that we have enjoyed reading recently, and some of our favourites from when we were younger. We created some artwork linked to the books.
