We celebrated World Book Day in year 3 !! We dressed up as characters from both fiction and nonfiction books.

We also read the story of Katherine Johnson who helped to put astronauts on the moon using her amazing maths knowledge. She overcame discrimination against women in the workplace and racial discrimination and went on to help the Apollo 13 astronauts travel safely back to Earth.
